NOONBARRA  MOUSE

(Bonorong Rex X Noonbarra Wendy)

Red & tan female.  Born: 6th May 2001

Stud registration: 40459 (Full registration in National Stud Book)

Stud Tattoo: NO12E

Noonbarra Mouse was named by Mary Bilson because she was a tiny little thing and had little ears and licked her front feet like a mouse when she was a young puppy.

Mouse was one of our breeding bitches for a number of years and produced us lovely pups. She is one of the old type Kelpies showing a lot of eye and style with steady walk up to stock. In some regards, she is similar to old Noonbarra Tina and Noonbarra Sarah in her working style. Both Sarah and Mouse are have the same dam (mother) in Noonbarra Wendy. Mouse has the wide break out and quick turning cover of the stock. She is pretty to watch work. Lots of style but plenty of strength there too.

Mouse is fast and very keen and not a dog that gives up. We think she is a wonderful Kelpie and like her gentleness, kindness and faithfulness. We often take Mouse into town with us. She loves to travel and is a perfect car dog. Even with groceries she is not the type of dog to damage anything. It has been a while since we have had a dog this perfect as a travelling companion.

Her temperament is very quiet and calm. She is sweet natured and very faithful. She is very much a one person dog and extremely loyal.
